How to renew your contractor's license

• To renew your contractor's license, please contact the building department you are working with and they will provide you with the documentation to complete your license renewal.
• Some jurisdictions/building departments offer online license renewal in CommunityConnect. Read more about that feature here.
• In some jurisdictions, the system will prevent you from submitting a permit application if your contractor license has expired.
• Once any license fees have been assessed, you can pay them in CommunityConnect if your jurisdiction accepts online payments.
