    If you receive this error message when trying to apply for a permit:
    You are not authorized to create online applications. Contact the jurisdiction for information.


    Do this next:

    • Reach out to the building department of the town/city/county you are trying to pull a permit in and let them know that you need access to apply for a permit online. (Jurisdiction users: Select "Can Create Permits" in contractor's company profile)

    • After they update your access, log out, then log back in to CommunityConnect.

    • Now you will be able to complete the permit application online. 😊
