Weintraub Clients: How to Apply for a Permit

This article outlines processes that are only relevant to Weintraub Clients.

• Log in to CommunityConnect: https://app.communitycore.com/

• Select Permit on the Dashboard

  

• Select New Permit

  

• Select the Project
  If you don't see a Project listed, make sure you have it selected as a Favorite Project.

  

• Select the Permit Type

• Enter the Permit Number, then click Next

  

• Fill out the Permit Application

  • You can add the Lot number under the “Property Details” section

    

    💡 Quick Tips

    • Required fields are indicated with a red “!”

      

    • You can also Save the application and come back to it later:

      • Click the hamburger menu icon

      • Select Permits

      • Select Applications

        

• Click Save Application

• Then click Submit Application

  

💌 You will receive an email notification after you permit application has been accepted. Once accepted, you can Weintraub Clients: Request Inspections.
